A sister company recommendation

After collaborating with Yanmar’s sister company, we have been recommended to Yanmar Europe, a Japanese company near Amsterdam that produces high-quality engines and machines. Yanmar Europe had multiple websites per business and country. Their old website was running on an outdated custom CMS. They wanted to replace it with WordPress.

Eliminating double actions

The goal was to eliminate double actions for common content and functions of all the client’s websites. The client also wanted to reuse certain functionality developed for the sister company.

Even though we worked with delivered designs and interactions on this project, we contributed to the overall plan by adding alternative solutions to show the content interactively. We implemented the redesign of the homepage and product pages and added new functionalities to the client’s website. We also created landing pages for specific campaigns.

Adding a great of autonomy to the client’s team

The actual maintenance of the site has become very easy, which adds a great deal of autonomy to the client’s team.
