Emerging operators in Italy’s utility market struggle with consumers’ fear and hesitation to trust the new entities.

Voltz has decided to raise the vendors’ credibility by splitting the value proposition into three levels that allow for incremental gains to customers and represent different steps in the ‘Trust scale’.

A fully functional MVP that reflects initial ideas

Xfive guided Voltz through the whole process of building an application from scratch. The client received a fully functional MVP whose features reflect their initial ideas.

The project’s technical part required creating a custom web application based on the Ruby in Rails framework. The framework allowed us to build the scalable MVP quickly and let users start using the application.

The application covers clients’ dashboards and the admin panel, where staff can handle all users’ inquiries and easily present offers to the end user.

An application for maximizing conversion rate

The application has a modern look and feel. It is fully responsive, has a clear content hierarchy, and is built with maximizing conversion rate in mind. The concept has been designed to minimize the number of inputs from the user, and the service can be consumed in less than 30 seconds from signup to utility upload.

The web app is fully responsive and allows users to achieve an optimal experience with any device they use.

As a result, Voltz helps users optimize utility bills by continually monitoring the market and automatically moving clients to the best available tariffs.
