The event began with an exciting and energetic Day 0, as participants arrived from near and far, filling the office with vibrant energy. A special visit from former employees who stopped by to catch up, combined with the social media team’s efforts to encourage content creation, added to the lively atmosphere and set the tone for incredible days ahead.😀
Unlocking AI Potential and Building Connections
Day 1 was a whirlwind of productivity and learning. Our developers dove into an AI workshop led by experts from Przeprogramowani, mastering ChatGPT interactions and AI-driven coding, while others explored BPMN process modeling, no-code/low-code automation, and a dynamic hackathon. 🧑💻The day wasn’t just about workshops; there was plenty of time for conversations, shared meals, and evening gatherings.🎉
Productivity, Innovation, and Celebration
On Day 2, a workshop on productivity by Dominik Juszczyk inspired everyone with actionable insights, while hackathon teams wowed us with their automation pitches, including one that hilariously streamlined a PM’s role, introducing “Paweł 2.0.” 🤖The agenda also featured an introduction to our internal tool, Chisel, and a lively group photo session, all rounded off with an office party filled with laughter and great vibes.
Rolling with the Changes
Day 3 brought unexpected changes when the planned first aid course was canceled due to a paramedic’s emergency call, but we adapted by heading to a bowling alley, where the competition was fierce, the laughter abundant, and the strikes (and gutter balls) unforgettable, wrapping up with a hearty meal to close the event.🎳
Anticipation for This Year
Looking back, Xfive Days 2024 was an incredible success, packed with inspiring workshops, innovative ideas, and countless moments of joy. It was a true testament to the power of Xfive’s team community and creativity, leaving us already excited for this year when we’ll come together once again to make it even bigger and better.
